Here we focus on how to collaborate with others in order to blend the work of each individual and combine them to create an engineering proposal. This experience highlights the importance of working with others and teaches real world experience. We reinforce skills such as breaking down complex tasks into individual parts where we self-delegated roles and responsibilities, pool knowledge of each individual,  discussions and explanations for clearer understanding, give and receive feedback and support, planned deadlines, develop stronger communication skills and more.
